Role: Senior Project Manager – (DPP4 Policy, Legal, Economic, Modelling)
Managing the DPP4 project team of Policy, Legal, Economic, Modelling and Communications project deliverables for the 2025 reset of the electricity default price-quality path (DPP4), which applies to most electricity distributors in NZ.

NZ CUSTOMS SERVICE | Te Mana Ārai o Aotearoa (lead agency)

Project: NZ Traveller Declaration(digitising the air & maritime passenger arrival card)
Role 1: Project Manager – Policy, Legal, Privacy (PLP)
Successfully managed the Policy, Legal & Privacy cross-agency programme deliverables for 3 border & 1 partner agency delivering the $200M agile transformation programme – digitising the Air & Maritime passenger arrival card.

Role 2: Senior Programme Consultant & 2IC Tranche 2&3 Planning lead
Managing resources & workstream deliverables for the Cabinet report back (Business Case Addendum) & costing model to secure funding for 2022/23.


Project 1: Managing initiatives in transition (post Covid Response Programme), Portfolio Reporting
Role: Portfolio Project Adviser
Report, manage & ensure the 15 remaining initiatives progress through fund lifecycle (Design, Implement, Manage, Learn) throughout the Arts, Culture & Heritage sector that are in transition from the $700m Covid Response Programme (CRP) & work through the handover to business as usual (BAU).

Project 2: Covid Response Programme, Reporting & Transition
Role: Senior Programme Coordinator
Managed 17 initiatives from the $700m Covid Response Programme (CRP) fundingacross the arts, culture & heritage & media & broadcasting sectors in the PMO Office.

Project 3: Covid Response Programme, Investment & Outcomes & Service Transition
Role: Senior Programme Coordinator | Programme Adviser
Worked collaboratively across two teams for Investment & Outcomes team while we established operational support for contestable funds progress within the MCH Covid Response Programme & Service Transition team across arts, culture & heritage & media & broadcasting sectors in the PMO Office.

Project 4: Covid Response Programme, Service Transition
Role: Senior Programme Coordinator
Accelerated coordination & establishment of developing Service Transition programme. Supported Programme Manager & Establishment Lead to stand up at haste an Investment & Outcomes Customer delivery function for teams and programme planning.


Projects: Information Directorate & Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO):

  • Microsoft Foundations for the modern workplace – Windows 1909 feature release, Exch Online, Intune PoC, M365
  • Enterprise Video Conferencing (pilot/proof of concept)
  • Microsoft Teams/Planner (pilot) & further organisation deployment of Teams/Planner/Meetings/Desktop App
  • Formation of governance group (implementation & ongoing revision) covering 6 projects
